We have the knowledge & experience to advise & support systems consisting of a couple of computer users up to a hundred or more on Windows server based networks. |
Our aim is to constantly assess the way our clients use their equipment and software and be proactive in advising on ways in which to improve efficiency and take advantage of developing and evolving technologies. The real value of our expertise is in the TOTAL SYSTEM SUPPORT that we offer. By total system support we mean that we encompass all aspects of using computer equipment on a daily basis. Technical support is constantly available and all clients have the benefit of telephone support on all hardware and software issues. Our philosophy is to encourage communication and dialogue. Our customer base is predominately within the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME). This is a market we understand well. Within this environment companies typically do not have the resources to employ full time IT staff and rely heavily on external providers to supply the support services to keep their systems running smoothly. Above all, we aim to give our customers absolute confidence in our ability to support their systems at all levels, advise and implement solutions, and keep it all working smoothly. |
